Refund Policy

Our promise

Every kit is designed to be imported and working in about 20–25 minutes. If a kit doesn't work as described — or you can't get it running with the included guide — we'll give you a full refund. No hoops, no questions asked beyond a short note on what didn't work so we can improve it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@automationpacks.com with your order email and (optionally) what went wrong. Refunds are processed promptly, usually within 1–2 business days.

What's covered

• A kit that doesn't function as described on its listed platforms.
• Setup that can't be completed following the included guide.
• Buyer's remorse within a reasonable window after purchase (just tell us).

Because our products are digital files, we ask that you try the guide first — but we'll always honor the promise above.
