These terms govern your purchase and use of Automation Packs products ("kits") from automationpacks.com, operated by Banton Digital Group LLC.

What you're buying

Our kits are digital products — importable automation workflows (for tools like n8n and Make), templates, and setup guides. Each listing describes exactly what is included and the platforms it is designed for.

License

Your purchase grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the kit for your own business or personal automation. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the template files, in whole or in part, as your own product.

No warranty

Kits are provided "as is." We build them against current versions of the described platforms and test them before release, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with future platform changes. That's why every purchase carries the refund promise described in our Refund Policy.

Third-party names

n8n, Make, Google, Gumroad, and Lemon Squeezy are trademarks of their respective owners. We use these names descriptively only. Automation Packs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Pennsylvania.
